MEET BRETT DARROW
I was born in Southern California, and in my early teens my family and I moved to Spokane, Washington. Although initially it was a complete shock, I learned to love what the Northwest had to offer me at an early age. Skiing, Snowboarding, fishing and summers on Lake Cour D' Alene made it easy to forget California. I later graduated from Washington State University and soon after college I made Oregon my home.
In 1996, I teamed up with my father's development company to build my first spec home in Lake Oswego. Over the next 7 years, I built out the interiors of over 100 mid priced and high end condominiums. The average price of these projects ranged from $15,000 to over $1,000,000.
My direct hands on experience with countless new home buyers was instrumental in gaining the knowledge and confidence to step out on my own and start PacificSide Homes and Construction, LLC in 2003.
With over 25 years experience, we specialize in residential remodels along with commercial tenant improvements and enjoy building life long relationships.
